Site Policy:

               We reserve the right to add to, subtract, or change this site without advance notice. Use of this site constitutes an agreement to abide by the policies stated below.

Methods of Payment

               We gladly accept Master Card and Visa on our secure website. We also accept PayPal, money orders and cashier checks.

Shipping:

               We ship via the United States Postal Service and ship within 1-3 business days. Each item is individually wrapped and packaged for safe shipping.

Sales Tax:

               Sales tax is required on all orders shipped within the state of North Carolina. No sales tax will be charged on orders shipped to other states or on international orders.

Returns and Exchanges:

 Email us at latoldy@yahoo.com for merchandise within 7 days of delivery to request an authorization number.

 Merchandise may be returned after you have received your authorizations number. The merchandise must be return in original condition & in the original gift box. Your authorization number expires 7 days after it has been issued. If you have not responded after the 7 days and we will not be re-issuing you a new number.

 All returns must be shipped at your cost, in the original packaging. All returns will be inspected on arrival and credits or exchanges will be processed within three business days. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in the mail. All returns must be in unused condition. Please include you name, mailing address, phone number, return authorization number and order number in all correspondence.  

 Please inform us within 3 day if you have received any merchandise that is defective upon receipt and we will gladly send you a replacement once we have received the original merchandise.
